“Sneckdowns” reveal hints to guide the vision!

With the deep freeze of late January came significant snowfall. The abundant snow accumulation provided a crystal ball view of an alternative configuration of the East 16th St. corridor. Sometimes called snowy neckdowns or “sneckdowns” this visible (re)Vision in the snow showed what 2-lane divided traffic on E. 16th St. may look like, and a little view of how it could function.
