An interactive session for residents, businesses, community leaders, city officials, and all stakeholders to collaborate, connect, and spark new ideas.

This 1st meeting of 2026 (re)Vision16 anticipates the following agenda items:

• Brief introduction to the effort - welcome new attendees

• Discussion of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, its recent expansion efforts, what expansion and connectivity requires, and more with Kären Sullivan Haley (tentative)

• Update on IU Health & related Health District efforts and infrastructure items (16th and Meridian to 16th & MLK). We will share any key updates relayed by Adairius Gardner - Dir. of Governmental Affairs for IU Health in an initial meeting CH of (re)Vision16 has scheduled for 1/12

• East Action Team Update: Indy DPW accepted the 8/31/25 Community Powered Infrastructure application submitted by (re)Vision16. Planning and preparation for April 2026 implementation led by our volunteer corps of the East Action Team - 16XMonon.org! Discussion of cost match fundraising, and volunteer signup effort.

• West Action Team Update: 1606 N. Delaware Street - efforts to end the crashes into this historic building at the 16th and N. Delaware St. intersection (8 smashes in 2026)
